- Moon &
Stars - Use two round cakes - any flavor. Frost with
a dark frosting such as chocolate (or create your own
color). Print
and cut out star & moon
stencil. Cut out circle,
then follow the lines to cut out the shapes. After
the stars and moon have been cut out, tape the pattern
back together at the lines. Place stencil on top of
the frosted cake, and lightly dust with powdered sugar, or
yellow sprinkles.

Decorations

- Magic Carpets to sit on.
(purchase remnant carpet pieces from your local carpet
store or you may find these at some hardware stores for as
little as .50 cents each)

Activities
|
- Guess the number of
marbles - Fill a small glass jar
with a lid full of black marbles. Have each child
guess how many marbles are in the jar, the winner takes
the jar home.
- Magic
Wand bookmark - great if incorporating Harry Potter in
the theme.
- Try doing your own magic
tricks - examples can be found at The
Conjuror or Simple
Majik.
